Two new enterprise tech news sites coming to Africa

Techday recently entered the African market with two new enterprise tech news sites to provide locally focused, relevant and up-to-date tech content. So just who is ‘Techday’?

The simplest definition would be a global network of specialist technology news websites that represent the new breed of digital media businesses spanning Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and now, Africa.

We have become the dominant voice for tech in these regions, and we plan to do the same in Africa too.

Thus far, our foray into Africa has involved the launch of two sites – ITBrief Africa and SecurityBrief Africa.

ITBrief provides technology news dedicated to IT decision-makers at enterprise, corporate, and government organisations throughout Africa. These are 50 seat-plus organisations with an IT manager or CIO.

SecurityBrief is focused on technology-based security and threat news both globally and within Africa. Its readers include business and enterprise security decision makers, as well as security experts, consultants and channel partners in the African continent.

We’re proud to be on the pulse of technology and transformation with a digital-only business that is both modern and mobile.

You can get a better idea of just how our global editorial team works by clicking here too.

Our expansion into Africa represents a great opportunity for all involved as we are now in a prime position to provide unique and relevant news to a targeted audience.

It also gives us further insight into Africa’s technology sector, whether that be enterprise, business, government, ICT channel or consumer technology. This means looking at more trends, being better able to cover developing stories and getting more professional opinions and interviews.

We look forward to becoming your go-to source for tech news within the Africa IT community as we expand our presence in the region.
